The symbols

The Star of David is the best-known emblem of Jewish identity. The hamsa, an open hand, is a symbol of protection. Jerusalem recalls the promise to remember the city "above my highest joy," words many couples hear under the chuppah. The tree of life stands for growth and family.

Can I use an Orthodox or Conservative ketubah text?

Traditional texts are not a standard option, but we handle them as custom text. Message us before you order with the text your rabbi requires and we will confirm the details.

How much does a traditional ketubah cost?

Our ketubahs start at $199 for a 16×16" square design and $229 for a 16×20" rectangle. That includes personalization in Hebrew and English, a proof, the print on archival cotton paper and free tracked shipping in the US. Larger sizes are $50 to $100 more, and you can add a frame at checkout.

How long does it take?

You get a digital proof within 2 business days of ordering. After you approve it, we print and ship within 7 to 10 business days, with free tracked US shipping. Short on time? Express gives you 1 to 3 day processing and 1 to 3 day transit. We recommend ordering at least three weeks before the wedding.
