What paper is my ketubah printed on?
We are printing on a premium 12-mil, 230-gsm matte bright white paper, perfect for signing.
When will I receive my order?
Processing and shipping times usually take 1-2 weeks. We do offer Express processing and shipping, which you can add to your purchase at checkout. If you have any questions or special deadlines, please reach out to us at hello@maybie.co
How do I customize my ketubah?
After you purchase your ketubah, you will immediately be redirected to a customization form where you will input your information. Here, you will also be able to customize the labels for the spouse signature lines and officiant signature line.
What size are the ketubahs?
There are 2-3 size options per ketubah that you can select from on each product page. Square ketubahs come in 16x16", 18x18" or 20x20". Rectangular ketubahs come in 16x20" or 18x24". For prices, check out the product listing.
Will I be able to see my ketubah before it is printed?
Of course! We will send you a proof of your ketubah after purchase. You can work with a personal designer to make any edits you desire before it is printed.
What if I want to make changes after I approve my proof / my ketubah is already printed?
Once you approve your proof, we begin printing your ketubah. If you would like to make changes to the ketubah after this point, we offer edits and a reprint for an additional fee.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! All products include free shipping within the United States.
Do you accommodate for interfaith weddings?
Yes! You can choose between "Rabbi" or "Officiant" as the title for the officiant signature line. This option is in each product page.
Do you accommodate for LGBTQ+ weddings?
Definitely! You can choose what titles you would like for the spouse signature lines.
Does my ketubah come framed?
You can easily add on a frame to your ketubah order for an additional charge. Pricing depends on frame size, so check out each product listing.
What kinds of frames do you offer?
We offer frames in natural wood, black wood, white wood or gold. You can see examples of each frame within each product listing if you click "Add Frame".
What do I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have an ability to influence its journey to you. We ask you remain patient as delays are common. You may always reach out to us to ask for updates on your order.
I want a completely custom ketubah. Can you do that?
Yes! We can pair you with a personal designer to create a completely custom ketubah. Visit our Custom Ketubah Page for more details!
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns. We hope to work with you to create your dream ketubah before it is printed so you receive a product you love!
